  • What is your return policy?
    • Our Return Process is EASY! You can return received merchandise up to 30 days from your item's ship date. 
    • If you are returning a Manufacturer Direct item, you must contact us within 30 days of your item's delivery date for us to process your return request.
    • To return an item you just need to send the item to our return department address listed below.

    • Once we receive the item we will email you to confirm its arrived and we will refund you after we ensure item(s) in same condition as sent. 
    • Original shipping cost will not be refunded just the item cost. If Free Shipping coupon was used to purchase item the shipping cost will be deducted for any returns. 
    • It could take up to 5 business days to process your refund.  Refunds typically take 2-5 business days after being processed to reflect in your account statement. 
    • Any items returned after our 30-day return policy are non-refundable. Once we confirm item is in same condition as sent we will send you a credit to use towards a future purchase in our online store. 
    • Items are not returnable after 60 days. No refunds or store credit will be provided after 60 days for any online store purchase. 
    • Customized and Game Used items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of your choice.
    • If you are looking to return a gift you received, we will be happy to give you a gift certificate for the amount of the returned item. 
    • Online purchases can be returned to one of our locations within 30 days of item(s) ship date if you contact us with item information and store location you would like to return item to. 
    • Exchanges can be made by emailing our team at info@sportsobession.com. Exchanges can also be made at one of our retail stores if you live within the area.
  • What items can't be returned?
    • Customized Merchandise
    • Final Sale Merchandise
    • Game Used Merchandise
    • Items that appear worn, washed, stained, altered, or without attached tags and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included when the item was received.
    • Items outside of the 60-day return policy
  • When should I expect my refund?
    • It could take up to 5 business days to process your refund.  
    • Refunds typically take 2-5 business days after being processed to reflect in your account statement. 
    • Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase.
    • If items are returned after our 30-day return policy, we will only be able to send you a site credit towards a future purchase. 
    • If items are returned after 60 days, we will not be able to accept your return. A refund or store credit will not be credited to your account.

  • I received damaged or wrong item!
    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item email our team at info@sportsobsession.com and we will solve this issue as soon as possible.  
  • Can Online Rewards Points or Codes be used in retail stores?
    • Online Rewards Points and Codes are only available on SportsObsession.com. They are not valid at any of our retail stores.  
  • Do you accept pre-orders?

    Yes! We will accept pre-orders on items when available.
