Jalen Hurts had a breakout season in 2022 when he led the Eagles to their conference’s top seed and an appearance in Super Bowl LVII. He became the first Eagles quarterback to lead the team to an 8–0 record and the first player with 150+ rushing yards, 150+ passing yards and multiple passing touchdowns in a single game. He was named as one of the five finalists for the NFL Most Valuable Player Award and named to his first career Pro Bowl.
